Help Us Help Them
We are in constant need of funds to help little animals with serious medical conditions like the ones shown below! 99% of all donations go to the medical fund for their care! This past month we paid for two major surgeries, one amputation, and two eye removals in addition to various other kinds of medical needs. We have one pet who was shot with buckshot, lost one eye and has been in and out of the hospital for the past three weeks.
Sassy - two broken legs and achilles heel injury
Vader - amputation
Romeo - hit by car

Desperate Need!
Skeeter
Skeeter is in need of adoption or foster as soon as possible! Time is running out!

Pudgy Pampered Poodle
Mikey
Mikey lost both of his senior parents in the last few months. He is housebroken, sweet tempered, and obedient (and a little overweight). He was with his mom and dad all the time so we would love to find a retired or senior home where he could once again be the center of the universe! He would prefer to be the only dog in the household.
Pug
Buck
Buck is great with kids and the human family but doesn't like other dogs. He is 5 years old, a very handsome fellow!

Lost Pet
Lost Pet

The family who owns this dachshund was in an accident on April 5 on I25 near mile marker 313. He is a little fellow, under 10 pounds, who answers to the name, "Itty Bitty". He was wearing a tag with his name, address and phone number. Itty Bitty can be identified by a unusual marking on his body. There is a $1000 reward for the return of this much loved pet. Please help us reunite this little guy with his family!

SPAY AND NEUTER YOUR ANIMALS!

Albuquerque shelters have the highest euthanasia rates in the area. While we can beat them up for these abysmal statistics, face it, folks. WE are the problem. Think about these "kill" rates the next time you let your cat or dog breed. Think about these "kill" statistics when you sit in front of a super market and give these living creatures to the first person who walks by. YOU may be sentencing these pets and their offspring to abuse, abandonment, and death.

Owner surrendered animals are usually euthanized as unadoptable - and they WILL BE euthanized if they are old or have any health problems!!! Your older pet is your responsibility and should be treated with the respect you would give to any other family member!
