Your email signup

Staying in touch, on your terms.

When you sign up, we save your name, email address, signup request, and confirmation record in our rescue’s contact system. After you confirm your email address, we use Resend to manage delivery of the Lap-Letter, rescue news, event announcements, and ways to support Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico.

Submitting an adoption application or contacting the rescue does not automatically subscribe you to these updates. Email signup does not create a foster portal account.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a mailing. We keep your contact record and mailing preference so we can respect your choice. An email service may also record delivery, bounce, or unsubscribe events to help us manage the list.
